Celebrating Our First Advanced Management Program Graduates
In August, we celebrated the conclusion of our Advanced Management Program (AMP) with 10 graduates. This six-month journey was designed to equip future executives with the strategic skills they need to lead at the organizational level.
What is the Advanced Management Program (AMP)?
Preparing the next generation of senior leaders is central to Group 1001's long-term success. AMP reflects our commitment to providing successful leaders with the opportunity to sharpen their skills to lead at an even higher level.
Inside the AMP Curriculum
Designed for experienced leaders ready to expand their impact, the program builds capability in three areas: leading self, leading others, and leading organizationally. The six-month program included:
360 assessment
Strategic leadership concepts
Presentation and storytelling
Business simulation
The program culminated in a capstone project. Working in cross-functional teams, participants researched and developed the business case for a new company initiative and presented their recommended solution to the Executive Leadership Team. The result was practical, strategic thinking applied directly to the opportunities in front of Group 1001.
